Healing massage with Sounds

Resonance of Antique singing bowls
I remember the first time I heard an antique singing bowl. My mind went completely still amongst thousands of sounds on the busy streets of Chiang Mai. Its vibrations resonated with my inner world, as if they knew how to move through my being and shift the energies within.
Every bowl makes beautiful sounds, even a machine-made one. However, I believe everyone should experience an antique bowl once to feel its subtle power. With this intention, you’ll be cared by 3 century-old antique bowls in my 1:1 sound massage session.
What is Sound Healing to me?
Sounds for me are nature’s creation: everything we make contact can produce sounds, even the singing bowls were once a basic kitchenware. When it comes to Healing, I always think back to the book of The Healing Power of Water from Dr Masuru Emoto. It inspired me to see our bodies and minds as fluid landscapes (up to 75% is made of water), constantly being influenced by the frequencies such as words and thoughts we received.
I see Sound Healing as the practice of intentionally creating beneficial and positive frequencies which restore harmony to our inner ecosystem and converse with our deepest selves. In short, using nature’s way to bring our human nature in balance.

Hands-on massage with Sounds
I believe in an integrated approach that combines body massage with the vibrations of singing bowls. It assures the receiver to release physical tensions and enriches the experience of sound resonance.

How could a Sound Massage session feel like?
“I was in awe with how Mengjia conducted her Sound Massage. The whole session felt like a therapy for my body and mind. With her gentle but firm touch from the beginning, toned with deep breath, I was able to let go of any stored tension. Once the sounds started to come in, I felt the resonance as she goes through different parts of my body. They ground me so deeply in a restful place where I can fully embrace the rebalancing of my inner system at peace. I felt recharged but also full of fresh understanding to move on.”
