A standard program consist of 8x 1-hour sessions:
- An introductory session to tailor your program
- Following 6x sessions to work on topics around Mindful awareness to the present moment, non-judgement towards behaviours and thoughts, self-hypnosis & self-compassion, and awareness to values & sense of meanings.
- A final session to conclude with the integration and transition to long-term practice

FAQs
What is included in a program?
It would be in a weekly structure which combines Mindfulness meditation, breathwork, and physical movements (Yoga asana). You will also learn how to incorporate mindfulness into daily life aspects through informal practices such as drinking and eating. I will be supporting your inner journey with daily practices, regular checkups and some learning materials.
What would a typical session look like?
Each session will last about 1 hour, which depends on the activities involved. We will start with a brief reflection, continue with new techniques, and round off with informal practices in-between sessions.
After the first session of an intake, we will dedicate our time to focus on a theme in each following session. My themes are mostly defined by Body & Mind, where we will do a few practical exercises such as breathwork and yoga asanas. There will be informal practices for you to take these learnings with you, and let them slowly cultivate into your lifestyle.
How many sessions do I need?
I prefer to work with a structured yet flexible program where we can shape the sessions together. The standard program consist of 8 sessions, however, I recommend having a session every 2-3 weeks. After a set period, we can discuss if you would like to continue for a longer period. Or we can dedicate it to a particular aspect of the program you found most beneficial to you.
