Who is it for?

How does it work?

A complete session usually takes about 2-2.5 hours. Here are some common steps we would follow that allow us to get to know each other and have a structured session.

  1. Intake form: creating a safe and confidential environment.
  2. Pre-talk: understanding how Hypnosis and Hypnotherapy work.
  3. Finding a goal together: ensuring a main focus for the session.
  4. Relaxation: going into a hypnotic state where your conscious mind steps back.
  5. Combinations of techniques: using various methods to heal from your past, build protection and connect to your higher consciousness.
  6. Review: receiving feedback from the session and recommendation on the next weeks to come.
  7. Follow-up: reviewing your progress 2 weeks post-session (optional).

My framework of Hypnotherapy normally provides promising and lasting results in one session. If I feel you would benefit from more sessions, most likely because something came up during the session, I will communicate this with all honesty and transparency.

Your contribution: €210/session (incl. btw)

All session can be hosted online, in person or on locations.

Self-Hypnosis builds a solid foundation for allowing deep relaxation, releasing any potential resistance and enhancing hypnotic ability. It is extremely helpful to treat anyone who is suffering from mental exhaustion such as burnout, extreme overthinking or overwhelmed by life situations.

As I trust a calmed mind is essential for delivering good results for a session, I always recommend to start with Self-Hypnosis before jumping directly into therapy. To avoid adding any financial stress, I also offer a package of 3 sessions so you don’t need to worry about running over time.
