Who is it for?
As human beings, we are all lost at certain moments in life. It’s essentially a process everyone goes through. It could happen when you are on top of the world, or the lowest point of your life.
As you might have read from my About page, I have been through the sick leave twice due to an abdominal surgery and burnout. There are countless times I felt hopeless and don’t know what future holds for me. Even though it has been an absolute challenging time in my life, this experience has already helped many of my clients as they know I completely understand what they are going through.
I am beyond grateful for you choosing me to guide you through this self-discovery journey. And I promise to use my knowledge and ability to help you engage with your true self and receive the clarity you are seeking for.
How does it work?
A complete session usually takes about 2-2.5 hours. Here are some common steps we would follow that allow us to get to know each other and have a structured session.
- Intake form: creating a safe and confidential environment.
- Pre-talk: understanding how Hypnosis and Hypnotherapy work.
- Finding a goal together: ensuring a main focus for the session.
- Relaxation: going into a hypnotic state where your conscious mind steps back.
- Combinations of techniques: using various methods to resolve any past issues, connect to your higher consciousness and find your clarity.
- Review: receiving feedback from the session and recommendation on the next weeks to come.
- Follow-up: reviewing your progress 2 weeks post-session (optional).
My framework of Hypnotherapy normally provides promising and lasting results in one session. If I feel you would benefit from more sessions, most likely because something came up during the session, I will communicate this with all honesty and transparency.

What’s more?
Self-Hypnosis builds a solid foundation for allowing deep relaxation, releasing any potential resistance and enhancing hypnotic ability. As I trust a calmed mind is essential for delivering good results for a session, I always recommend to start with Self-Hypnosis before jumping directly into therapy.
Furthermore, it is also extremely helpful in allowing self-dialogue after our session. So you can continue to engage and communicate with your subconsciousness.
