Self-healing with Hypnosis workshop

Come rest deeply with the harmonic frequency from the crystal singing bowls. In my Self-Healing workshop, you will get to explore a fresh perspective on how your mind works and experience your hypnotic ability through some fun exercise.

Every month we will focus on a different theme. Through a ceremonial setting, we will help you to set an intention and ground you with a sound bath. You will experience firsthand how deep you could go in a hypnotic trance and leave with Self-Hypnosis technique that continues your healing journey.

Mindful tea ceremony

Slowing down, savouring, and sharing tea in a setting of tranquillity is rooted deeply in the ancient custom of Cha Dao (the way of tea). During our Chinese tea ceremony, you will be fully immersed in a magical experience that encourages you to find a personal connection with the tea. We will use sound and smell to bring up all your senses and guide you to appreciate tea with your whole body. Through the ceremonial way accompanied by meditation, breathwork and sound bath, we create a peaceful moment for you to reflect on lives and communicate with emotions.

Interactive tea workshop

Together with my co-founded YIN CHA, we are dedicated to go beyond simple tea tasting, offering a journey into Chinese tea’s rich history and cultural significance. Begin with a meditation to centre and gather our senses, we will go through six types of Chinese tea: brewing techniques, tasting practices, and flavour profiles. You will get to taste and learn about a selection of premium tea samples. Through interactive demonstrations and engaging discussions, we strive to make the world of Chinese tea accessible to the curious minds.

Therapeutic mindfulness group program

Improve your buoyant wellbeing with me through a 8-week group program that integrates formal & informal mindful practices, learning materials and hypnosis experiences.

Inspired by Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MDSR), I have integrated Hypnosis into my mindful practices. This evidenced-based approach will bring deep and lasting transformation to every individuals.
