I am a therapeutic coach who guides individuals and groups through personal transformation.
Having worked in the Hospitality & Technology sectors for over 10 years, makes me an empathetic individual with a technical mind. It gives me absolute joy to learn the theories of how our body and mind work while carrying out practices to experience it personally. Because I believe we should be a living example of what we teach.
Where it all started…
Were there times that you feel like going on autopilot? Life goes on in a loop with well-paid job and stable routine, but deep down, you felt lost and unhappy.
Well…this was me. After going through the sick leave & reintegration twice (due to an abdominal surgery and later a burnout), I felt broken physically and mentally. As if life has pressed the brake and made me take a hard look at myself, I had the wakeup call and transformation which I desperately need. I learnt in a hard way how important it is to live an aligned life. And I’m glad that I have found my way again, especially when my experience has helped many other people ever since.


My therapeutic mindfulness journey
Through my sickness, I started practicing Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR). It is a highly evidence-based framework that combines many incredible principles which I absolutely love. It changed many of my perspectives, even the tiny little things I used to neglect in life. So I also went on deepening my knowledge in each individual fields such as meditation, breathwork, yoga and sound healing.
While Mindfulness is my life foundation, I found Hypnotherapy in my search for deep therapeutic healing. I didn’t plan to become a therapist, but it felt like a calling when I was healed multiple times during my training. I am still being empowered by every successful session I had with my clients, as they continued to help me feel whole and purposeful again.
